Abstrak

This study aims to develop a web-based digital library system on localhost only by applying the Agile Scrum method in a case study at SMAN 47 South Jakarta. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with the characteristics of students and librarians as the main users of the system. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews, direct observation, and testing using the black-box testing method. The system development process was carried out using the Agile Scrum method, which includes the following stages: product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. The testing results showed that key features such as login, registration, book search, book borrowing, book return, favorites list, borrowing history, admin dashboard, and book/collection data management functioned according to user needs. Evaluation of user feedback shows that the system is easy to use, responsive, and capable of facilitating library services. The results of this study conclude that the Agile Scrum method is effective in developing a user-based digital library system in a school environment. In the future, development can be continued with the addition of features such as return notifications, public deployment, and mobile access to increase service coverage.
