Smart Buildings menggunakan Hyperledger Fabric Blockchain untuk Manajemen Transaksi dan Pemodelan 3D

Pembangunan rumah atau renovasi rumah harus mempertimbangkan banyak faktor yang kompleks. Hal ini dikarenakan akan ada kesalahan/human-error terjadi. Dampak dari itu akan menimbulkan kerugian pada jasa arsitek dan menghilangkan kepercayaan customer yang tidak puas. Salah satu masalah yang lain adalah customer yang menggunakan pihak perantara atau pihak ketiga dalam proses pembangunan/renovasi rumah, sehingga mengakibatkan pembengkakan dana. Hal ini dikarenakan proses pembangunan/renovasi rumah tidak sesuai dengan keinginan customer. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan suatu teknologi hyperledger fabric blockchain dan smart building yang digunakan untuk mengelola manajemen arsitek dan konsumen tanpa perantara. Teknologi ini dapat mengelola manajemen pembangunan/renovasi rumah melalui informasi denah rumah 3 dimensi, anggaran dana awal rumah, informasi harga bahan bangunan, dan kebutuhan material setiap harinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memantau proses pembangunan rumah/ renovasi tanpa pihak ketiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Pengembangan Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) untuk membuat aplikasinya. Sedangkan untuk penerapan teknologi blockchain menggunakan Software Hyperledger Fabric. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan dan dapat menguntungkan kedua belah pihak antara customer dan developer. Dari hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem manajemen transaksi dan pemodelan 3D arsitek. Hasil pengujian data block number 65 – 66 tercatat setiap transaksi memiliki waktu proses dari 02:32:47 sampai 02:32:50, dengan begitu transaksi ini membutuhkan waktu 3 detik. Sedangkan hasil pengujian White Box sistem ini dapat berjalan sesuai dengan alur program dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.
