Analisis Faktor Kesuksesan E-Learning dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Belajar Mengajar di Kota Batam

Abstrak

Teknologi telah membawa dampak signifikan pada berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, salah satunya adalah pendidikan dengan melalui penerapan e-learning sebagai solusi pembelajaran modern. Teknologi mempermudah proses belajar mengajar sehingga meningkatkan kualitas belajar mengajar. Kehadiran pandemi COVID-19 juga mempercepat transisi pendidikan ke e-learning, meskipun tidak semua negara siap sepenuhnya dalam mengimplementasikannya. Hal ini juga pada Kota Batam yang telah menerapkan e-learning di sejumlah sekolah dan perguruan tinggi dengan dukungan dari akademisi dan Dinas Pendidikan setempat. Hadirnya e-learning menawarkan fleksibilitas belajar namun juga menghadirkan tantangan, seperti ketidakpuasan pelajar sehingga mempengaruhi rendahnya motivasi belajar. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna e-learning di kalangan pelajar dengan target penelitian pelajar di Kota Batam. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepuasan e-learning dipengaruhi oleh kualitas sistem, kualitas internet, kualitas informasi dan kualitas pelayanan.  Oleh karena itu, untuk mengoptimalkan kepuasan pengguna e-learning harus memperhatikan keempat faktor tersebut.
